Book your space now for this Vegan Indian Cooking Workshop in Fuengirola.
We will be creating a full Indian meal from scratch, mixing our own masalas, using seasonal vegetables to keep your health balanced through the winter and learning the secrets of Ayurvedic food combining for your constitution.
We will be making mung dal vada with a tasty chutney, punjabi rajma, basmati pilaf and an amazing vegetable curry…
Classes are hands-on, informative and interactive. Each three-hour class is followed by a sit down meal.
You will learn dishes that are rooted in India’s age-old culinary traditions yet adapted to today’s kitchen and lifestyle. Entrees are wholesome, healthy and fresh.
