Summer is drawing to an end, what with all that fire element, we’ve all accumulated some heat and are a little on the dry side after a season of movement and activity. I’ll be sharing tips and recipes that’ll help you get ready for autumn.
Let’s kick things off with this coconut and turmeric refresher by Sahara Rose — leave me a 🥥 if you like the sound of this drink!
1 cup of coconut water (fresh and raw is best)
2 cms grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 cup lime juice
pinch of mineral salt
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Combine everything in a blender and blend until your ginger has disintegrated. Pour through a sieve if you like, say a little prayer and enjoy 😉
