Coriander Sesame Chutney

Coriander is a wonderful addition to a healthy diet as it enhances digestion, its great as a garnish but making a fresh chutney like this one ensures you’re getting a larger amount of this powerful detoxifying herb.
There are a million variations on coriander chutney, this one is particularly good for calming the mind as sesame seeds are sattvic (harmonising) in nature.

1 bunch fresh coriander
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup water
¼ cup grated coconut
2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, grated
2 dates (no seeds)
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Blend lemon juice, water and fresh coriander until chopped.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until you get a paste.
Store covered in the fridge up to one week.
