Join me for a hands-on, informative and interactive Indian Vegan Cookery Workshop.
We will be creating a full Indian meal from scratch, mixing our own masalas, using seasonal vegetables to keep your health balanced thanks to the healing art of Ayurvedic cooking.
Each three-hour class is followed by a sit down meal. All classes are in the comfort of my home.
You will learn dishes that are rooted in India’s age-old culinary traditions yet adapted to today’s kitchen and lifestyle. Entrees are wholesome, healthy and fresh.
