Tri doshic Balancing Tea

Feeling a little off and not sure why? Prepare this herbal tea and drink warm or hot 2-3 times a day, add a little raw sugar or maple syrup if you like.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon coarsely ground coriander seeds

5  mint leaves

2 basil leaves

1/2 crushed peppercorn

Method:

Add all the ingredients plus one and a half glasses of water into a pot.
Boiled until reduced to half.
Strain and enjoy.
