We’ll create our own spice blends in order to cook a full Indian meal using local, seasonal vegetables and discuss the Ayurvedic principles behind eating for your unique constitution.
Classes are hands-on, informative and interactive. Each three-hour class is followed by a sit down meal. All classes are in the comfort of my home.
You will learn dishes that are rooted in India’s age-old culinary traditions yet adapted to today’s kitchen and lifestyle. Entrees are wholesome, healthy and fresh.
