Indian Vegan Cookery Workshop – 23rd April 11:00 – 16:00
We will be creating a full Indian meal from scratch, mixing our own masalas, using seasonal vegetables to keep your health balanced through the Spring and learning the secrets of Ayurvedic food combining for your constitution. Classes are hands-on, informative and interactive. Each three-hour class is followed by a sit down meal. All classes are in the comfort of my home.
You will learn dishes that are rooted in India’s age-old culinary traditions yet adapted to today’s kitchen and lifestyle. Entrees are wholesome, healthy and fresh.
