In this hands on workshop, we will create a full Indian Meal, we shall learn the magic of spices- how to create your own masalas and curry pastes as well as the theory behind our choices.
We’ll be preparing a refreshing salad called Kobi Pachadi, featuring cabbage and roasted peanuts as well as a delicious basmati rice and cashew nut dish, the magic of this dish comes from the home made garam masala we’ll make for it. We’ll also be making a Carrot, Methi and Mung dal curry as well as popadoms with a creamy and nutritious Urud Dal chutney.
